At My Wander Wear, every item is made to order—just for you. Because of that, we don’t accept traditional returns for sizing or change-of-mind purchases.
That said, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
If There’s a Problem
Please email MyWanderWear@gmail.com if:
Your item arrives damaged
There’s a printing error
You received the wrong item
Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
What We’ll Do
If the issue is on our end, we’ll happily offer:
A free replacement, or
A refund, when appropriate
Our goal is simple: fair, fast resolution and happy customers.
Final Notes
Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
